Lose Your Mobile?
Your Data Is Safe and Retrievable
Even if you lose your phone, your data is safe. When you get a new phone, just install the CyberSynchs mobile application on it, input your account info, and synch—everything from the old phone will now appear on the new one.

Instructions
To begin using any of the CyberSynchs products you must first sign up to open a new account. Your phone will be sent a text message with instructions on how to download the app from the device. If you did not receive the text message, or would like to download the application manually, please visit www.cybersynchs.com/mobile with your device.

CyberSynchs for Mobile

  • After installation, launch the "CyberSynchs" application from your phone.
  • If you receive any messages regarding "security permissions", please "Always Allow" (or some other similar language).
  • Enter your CyberSynchs "Email Address", "Password" and "Device ID" via the "Account" menu in the application.
  • Go to the "Settings" menu and select the items you want to "Synch", and how often.
  • Choose "Synch" to synchronize manually. This is recommended for the first Synch, but subsequent Synchs should happen automatically depending on the "Settings".

CyberSynchs for Desktop
CyberSynchs "Mobile" application must be set-up prior to installing "Desktop".

  • Now you can bring the content stored on your CyberSynchs account to your Desktop with our new application. Any computer with JavaFX can run it.
  • Download our "CyberSynchs On Desktop" application and follow the installation prompts.
  • Launch the application.
  • Enter your CyberSynchs "Email Address", "Password" and "Device ID" via the "Account" menu in the application.
  • Go to "Settings" and select the items you want to Synch and then click "Save".
  • Click "Synch" to synchronize manually. This is recommended for the first Synch, but subsequent Synchs should happen automatically depending on the "Settings". You can change your password and Auto Synch time in the "Settings" menu. Click on "Trash Bin" to restore any deleted items.

CyberSynchs for Web Interface
CyberSynchs "Mobile" application should be set-up prior to visiting the "Web Interface".

  • The Web Interface login is available at https://www.cybersynchs.com.
  • Enter your CyberSynchs "Email Address", "Password" and "Device ID".
  • Additional instructions on how to use the Interface are provided in the "Help" window (once logged in).
  • Go to "Settings" and select the types of items you want to view.

From the "Settings" menu, you can also:

  • (a) change your account password
  • (b) open the trash bin to restored recently deleted items
  • (c) initiate a remote data wipe of your mobile device
  • (d) set the default time-zone
  • (e) delete your account
